Returned Goods

Return of goods will be at the absolute discretion of Koya Corporation Pty Ltd and if approved, Goods must be in original packaging and be accompanied with a copy of the ORIGINAL INVOICE.

 

Goods Returned to Koya will attract a 20% levy.

All Goods Returned will be the customer’s responsible for any costs associated with return of the goods to Koya.

 

Note.

1. Koya will not accept any goods from customer without authorization.

2. Koya will not accept any wheel returned in 2nd hand condition(been fitted or damaged), unless authorized by Koya personnel.

3. Custom order – Non returnable.
