Material engineering
KOYA Carbon combines a carbon-fibre rim with a selected forged centre to create a wheel system focused on response, strength and durability. The rim design is developed by aluminium wheel, rim and carbon-fibre engineers, then analysed and inspected before final application.
Technical architecture
The material, lay-up, centre design and final assembly must work together. KOYA’s process brings simulation, prepreg construction and inspection into one controlled path.

Controlled process

FEA computer simulation is used to analyse the rim design before final application.

Final assembly follows controlled requirements aligned with Japanese VIA test standards.

Dynamic balance, runout and other production data are checked for every completed rim.
