TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. General

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the KOYA Wheels website and the purchase of any products from us. By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms.

2. Custom Orders

2.1 Nature of Customization All KOYA wheels are custom-built to order based on the specifications you provide, including but not limited to size, width, offset, PCD, finish, center bore, and design style. Due to the bespoke nature of production:

  • Orders cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded once production has commenced.

  • Custom wheels are built specifically for the ordering customer and are not eligible for resale or general inventory.

2.2 Final Responsibility While KOYA Wheels will confirm specifications in writing before production begins, customers hold final responsibility for ensuring:

  • All design and technical inputs are accurate.

  • The wheels ordered meet the relevant fitment, safety, and regulatory standards in their local jurisdiction.

  • Any vehicle modifications required to accommodate the wheels (e.g., guard rolling, brake clearance) are understood and accepted.

2.3 No Returns After Mounting Tires Once wheels have been mounted with tires, KOYA cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless a major defect (as defined by the Australian Consumer Law) is identified. Customers must inspect all wheels upon delivery and prior to any tire mounting. Cosmetic damage resulting from tire installation or handling is not considered a manufacturing defect.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Full payment is required before production begins. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card available at checkout. Prices may be subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed.

4. Shipping

Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Domestic Shipping (Within Australia)
KOYA Wheels ships to all Australian states and territories. Estimated delivery time is between 1 to 14 business days, depending on the freight company and your location.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

4.2 International Shipping
KOYA Wheels offers international shipping to selected countries. Estimated delivery time is between 1 to 14 business days, depending on the freight provider and destination.
Please be aware that local import duties, taxes, or customs clearance charges may apply in your country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

4.3 Risk and Inspection
Once an order is dispatched, risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer.
Customers are responsible for inspecting all packages upon delivery and must report any visible packaging damage immediately to the delivery provider before signing for the shipment.
KOYA Wheels is not liable for any damage, loss, or delays that occur during transit.

5. Motorsport & Track Use Disclaimer

All KOYA wheels, regardless of product series, price, or intended marketing description, are not covered under warranty if used in motorsport or high-performance environments. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Track racing

  • Time attack

  • Competitive drifting

  • Drag racing

  • Off-road competition

  • Circuit days or similar high-stress driving events

By purchasing KOYA wheels, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to the following:

  • Motorsport use automatically voids all warranty coverage, including structural and finish warranties.

  • Usage in these environments is entirely at the customer’s own risk.

  • KOYA Wheels shall bear no liability for any loss, injury, or damage—direct or indirect—that results from such use.

  • Customers must assess their intended usage and confirm whether the wheels are suitable and compliant with their local vehicle regulations.

KOYA forged wheels are engineered for high strength and performance under normal road use and spirited street driving. However, the extreme forces encountered in racing and high-speed environments exceed typical design limits. If you are planning to use wheels for motorsport or track purposes, please consult KOYA directly for guidance or explore motorsport-specific products.

6. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
