Custom-Made Products
Nature of Customization
All our wheels are custom-made based on your specifications, including but not limited to size, color, design, and materials. Due to this:
- Custom-made items cannot be resold.
- Refunds or returns are not accepted for change-of-mind or personal preferences once the order is confirmed.
Order Confirmation
- Once an order is confirmed and payment is received, the order is final and cannot be canceled or modified.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all details provided (e.g., dimensions, specifications, design inputs). KOYA Wheels Australia will confirm these details in writing before production begins.
- Customers are solely responsible for verifying that the ordered products comply with the relevant regulations, standards, or laws in their location.
No Returns After Mounting Tires
- KOYA Wheels Australia does not accept returns or refunds once wheels have been mounted with tires unless a major defect or issue is found as per ACL.
- Customers must inspect the wheels upon delivery to ensure they meet the order requirements before mounting tires.
Compliance with Australian Consumer Law
KOYA Wheels Australia adheres strictly to the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Under ACL, customers are entitled to remedies if a product:
- Does not match the description or specifications provided, or
- Contains a significant defect that affects its quality or performance.
Available Remedies
If the above conditions apply, KOYA Wheels Australia will offer one of the following remedies:
- Repair: The item will be repaired free of charge.
- Replacement: The item will be replaced with a new one that matches the specifications provided at the time of your order.

Exclusions
The following circumstances are not covered under ACL:
- Errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., wrong size, design, or specifications).
- Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance due to materials or production processes.
- Products mounted with tires (unless a major defect or issue is found).
- Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or failure to follow proper maintenance instructions.
Damaged or Defective Items
Shipping Damage
If your item is damaged during shipping:
- Notify KOYA Wheels Australia within a reasonable timeframe (suggested: 7 days of receiving the item).
- Retain the original packaging and provide supporting evidence, such as photos or videos.
- Upon confirmation, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or other appropriate resolution.
Defective Items
If you believe your item has a significant defect:
- Contact us immediately to arrange an inspection.
- If the defect is verified, the item will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
