Once the aluminium is heated and forged, this process substantially improves its properties, particularly in terms of deformation resistance and stability.

1. 6061-T6 Forged Aluminium

This refers to aluminium alloy 6061 that has been forged and treated to T6 temper. It is known for its high strength, excellent corrosion resistance and good workability.

2. Monoblock One-Piece Forged

This indicates a single, solid piece of material that has been forged into its final shape. This process enhances the material's structural integrity and performance, providing superior strength and durability.

1. 3D Drawing
   A deposit of AUD $500 is required and is non-refundable. The estimated processing time is approximately seven working days, subject to production workload.
2. Design Proof
   Please confirm or indicate if any changes are needed. One proof is provided free of charge. Additional redesigns will incur a fee of AUD $500. Additional time required will depend on the production workload.
3. Design Confirmed
   The balance is due before production commences. Turnaround is approximately 7–10 weeks, depending on production workload.

• A 12-month guarantee from the purchase date against any peeling or defects on the finish (chrome, paint and machined face/polished finish) on the face and lip of the rim.
• A lifetime guarantee on any structural problems under normal driving conditions.
• A warranty claim must include the original invoice with printed date.

• Wheel crack with a perfectly round wheel and no buckle.
• Peeling (chrome, paint and machined face/polished finish) on the face and lip of the rim.
• Air leak.

• Cosmetic defects on the window, stud holes or inner/hidden parts of the rim.
• Damage to the wheel finish, such as chipped paint or scratches, caused by a careless or inappropriate tyre-fitting process.
• Wheels that are not cleaned according to the instructions and begin to show finish defects.
• Fracture or severe buckling outside normal driving conditions, including accidents or other impacts.
• Wheels damaged in transit, an accident or by another method outside the hands of KOYA personnel.
• Wheels modified or repaired without prior agreement with KOYA.
• Wheels fitted with the knowledge that they are not load-rated for the vehicle.
• Wheels fitted with the wrong tyres or used to carry excessive loads.
• Inappropriate usage, such as passenger wheels used for off-road purposes.
• Accessories supplied free of charge with the wheel purchase, such as hub rings, nuts and bolts.
• Track use: the warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by track use. This includes, but is not limited to, wear and tear, high-speed driving or other activities associated with track racing. Track use places exceptional stress on vehicle components and may lead to premature wear or failure.
