FAQ
How to measure
To measure the backspace of a wheel in millimeters:
- Use a millimeter ruler to measure from the mounting surface to the straightedge.
- This measurement is the wheel's backspace, typically provided in millimeters (mm).
To measure the offset of a wheel, follow these steps:
- A (Wheel Width): Divide the wheel’s total width by two to get the centerline.
- B (Backspace): Measure from the mounting surface to the inner edge of the wheel.
- Calculate the offset:
- Example:
Wheel width(Centerline) = 300mm
Backspace = 130mm
Offset = 300mm / 2 - 130mm = +20mm

SEMI-Forged
The Semi Forging process provides us with a distinct advantage by significantly enhancing strength while using considerably less material.
Once the aluminum is heated and forged, this process substantially improves its properties, particularly in terms of deformation resistance and stability.
The Semi Forged rim is approximately 10%-20% lighter than conventional cast wheels, offering enhanced performance and efficiency.

Full Forged
1. 6061-T6 Forged Aluminum:
-
This refers to aluminum alloy 6061 that has been forged and treated to T6 temper. It is known for its high strength, excellent corrosion resistance, and good workability.
2. Monoblock 1-piece Forged:
- This indicates a single, solid piece of material that has been forged into its final shape. This process enhances the material's structural integrity and performance, providing superior strength and durability.
The Semi Forged rim is approximately 10%-20% lighter than conventional cast wheels, offering enhanced performance and efficiency.

(KOYA will repair or replace the wheel once they are proven faulty within the warranty period. Forward and return freight will be at the owner’s expense in all warranty situations unless specified. Cost of mounting/demounting tyres from wheels, wheel balancing/alignment, and other consequential costs incurred during the warranty process will be at the owner’s expense unless otherwise specified.)
- WHEEL CRACK WITH PERFECT ROUND NO BUCKLE
- PEELING (chrome, paint, and machined face/polished finish) on the face and lip of the rim.
- AIR LEAK
- Cosmetic defects on the window, stud holes, or inner/hidden parts of the rim.
- Damages in the finish of the wheel (such as chipped paint or scratches) that are caused by careless/inappropriate tyre-fitting process.
- Wheels that are not cleaned according to the instructions and defects start to appear on the finis.
- Fracture or severe buckling of the wheels outside normal driving conditions i.e., in accidents or other impacts, is not included in this cover.
- Wheels that have been damaged in transit, accident, or other method outside the hands of KOYA personnel.
- Wheels that have been modified/repair without previous agreement with KOYA.
- Wheels that have been fitted with the knowledge that they are not load rated for the vehicle.
